12/04/24: Balzan FC held an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday 12th April 2022, at the Club’s Training Complex, Guzeppi Cali’ Street, Lija with the “Agenda” below.

During this meeting, the Audited Financial Report for 2021 was approved by its members, and “Steven Galea & Associates” were confirmed as the club’s External Auditors for the year 2022.

1. The reading and approval of minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting for the Year 2020 held on Tuesday 6^th April 2021 and an extract from the Annual General Meeting (approval of External Auditors for 2021) which was held on Thursday 9^th June 2021.

2. The reading and approval of the Annual Financial Report for the year 2021 covering the period 1^st January up to 31^st December 2021, audited by the professional auditors “Steven Galea & Associates”.

3. The approval of the External Professional Auditors for the year 2022.
