Triston Caruana was born on 5th September 1991 and is a product of Hibernians FC.

He was sent on loan to Qormi FC in January 2012 where he spent two and half years up to the end of season 2013/2014.

The following season 2014/2015 he was the definitely transferred from Hibernians to Tarxien Rainbows FC in season where he spent three seasons.

In 2017/2018 he was definitely transferred to Hamrun Spartans FC where he spent two and half seasons.

In January 2020 he joined Valletta FC playing for them till the end of season 2022/2023

Triston made his International debut for Malta in 2018.
