During the BOV Premier League 2023/24 draws held on Tuesday 27th June 2023 Balzan FC was drawn to play in this sequence: Their first game against Hamrun S FC, then against Gzira U FC, Sant Lucia FC, Floriana FC, Hibernians FC, Birkirkara FC, Naxxar L FC, Gudja U FC, Sirens FC, Sliema W FC, Valletta FC, Mosta FC u finally against Marsaxlokk FC.

Fourteen teams will be taking part once again in the Premier League which will be played on two rounds and which will run between 16th September 2023 and 4th May 2024.

At the end of the season four teams will be relegated to the Challenge League while two teams from the Challenge League will be promoted to the Premier League.

The venues will be the National Stadium, the Tony Bezzina Stadium and the Centenary Stadium.
