A product of Oratory Youths of Gozo, Mercieca had spells at Sliema Wanderers at the youth level.

Chris is an ambitious, hard working player who can play either as an attacking midfielder or on the wing.

Chris made his debut in the Premier League with Hamrun Spartans last season, having previously played his football in Gozo including 5 years with Victoria Hotspurs where he won several major trophies.

Chris is raring to go and very keen to help the club achieve its ambitions for season 2022-23.
