Balzan registered 24-year-old, Serbian central defender Milos Zlatkovic.

Milos Zlatkovic started the first years of his football carrier between 2016 and 2018 with the OFK Beograd of Serbia. 

In season 2018/2019 he moved to Bosnia & Herzegovina where he joined FK Zvijezda.   

In season 2019/2020 he returned back to play in Serbia where he registered with FK Dinamo Vranje.
