On Thursday 11/06/20 : Balzan FC held its Annual General Meeting 2019/2020 at the club were the members approved the Administrative report for Season 2019/2020 and the Financial Report for year 2019. They also appointed an external auditor for year 2020 and elected the Committee members for season 2020/2021.

Balzan Football Club held its Annual General Meeting 2019/2020 on Thursday 11 ta’ June 2020 at the club premises with the following Agenda :

  1. Approval of the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2018 held on 11th April 2019 u those of the Annual General Meeting 2018/2019 held on 6th June 2019
  2. Approval of the Administrative Reports of the Club and Academy for season 2019-2020.
  3. Approval of the audited Financial Report of the Club (including the Academy) for the year 2019
  4. Appointment of External Auditors for year 2020.
  5. Election of the Balzan FC Committee for season 2020/2021.

This General Meeting was Presided by the vice President David Melillo and the General Secretary Joseph Agius was appointed to take the minutes of this meeting:

The Vice President opened the meeting by thanking the members and the MFA representative Mr Godfrey Borg  for their presence. He gave a picture of what happened during season 2019/2020 and explained all the necessary decisions that had to be taken in the extraordinary circumstances during the Coronavirus epidemic COVID-19.

During this meeting the General Secretary presented all the documents on the Agenda for approval by the members present. The members approved the following:

  1. The minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2018 held on 11th April 2019 and minutes Annual General Meeting 2018/2019 held on 6th June 2019
  2. The Administrative Reports of the Club and Academy for season 2019-2020.
  3. The audited Financial Report of the Club (including the Academy) for the year 2019 which can be viewed by the indicated link.
  4. Approved DFK (Malta) Ltd as to be as the club’s external auditors for year 2020.
  5. Elected the following club members as the Balzan FC Committee for season 2020/2021:

Vice President David Melillo closed the meeting by informing the members with the plans for next season.
